Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/industrial settings during night shifts
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation for precise project execution
- Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting of complex electrical faults
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and NEC regulations
- Coordinate with project managers and day crews for seamless workflow
- Document all work activities and maintain accurate service records
- Train junior electricians on advanced techniques and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial electrical experience required
- Valid Arizona Electrician Journeyman License
- OSHA 30-hour certification and CPR/First Aid training
- Expertise in troubleshooting 3-phase systems, VFDs, and industrial controls
- Proven ability to work independently in high-pressure night shift environments
- Strong diagnostic skills with multimeters, amp clamps, and circuit testers
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces/heights
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
