Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial/residential properties
- Diagnose complex pipe, fixture, and water heater issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform emergency service calls during overnight hours with rapid response protocols
- Ensure compliance with Florida Building Code and OSHA safety standards
- Lead apprentices through system troubleshooting and repair procedures
- Manage inventory and requisition materials for upcoming projects
- Document service reports and maintain digital job records
Qualifications
- Valid Florida Journeyman Plumber license (mandatory)
- 3+ years commercial/residential plumbing experience
- OSHA 10 certification and backflow prevention certification
- Expertise in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting technologies
- Exceptional diagnostic skills for water pressure and drainage issues
- Strong communication abilities for client consultations
- Physical stamina for confined space work and emergency responses
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
