Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Install water heaters, boilers, and piping systems per code requirements
- Perform emergency pipe bursts and drain clearing services
- Conduct thorough system inspections and maintenance reports
- Collaborate with contractors and property management teams
- Maintain accurate service documentation and inventory
- Adhere to OSHA and California plumbing regulations
Qualifications
- Valid California Journeyman Plumber license required
- Minimum 4 years residential/commercial plumbing experience
- Proven expertise in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex system failures
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation with valid CA driver's license
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
