Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and emergency repairs on commercial and residential plumbing systems during night hours.
- Diagnose complex issues related to pipe leaks, drainage blockages, and water heater failures efficiently.
- Install and repair piping systems, including copper, PEX, and PVC, adhering to all local and national codes.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic technology to identify hidden leaks and system inefficiencies.
- Maintain accurate digital records of all repairs, parts used, and work performed.
- Ensure all safety protocols and PPE are worn at all times while on the job site.
- Train and mentor junior apprentices during the night shift as required.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Plumber License required for Texas (and willingness to relocate to Ohio locations).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
