Responsibilities
- Perform emergency repairs, installations, and maintenance for residential and commercial clients.
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using state-of-the-art diagnostic tools.
- Ensure all work complies with local Jacksonville building codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
- Assist in training junior staff and mentoring apprentices during the day shift.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License in the state of Florida.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional plumbing experience.
- Ability to work night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM) including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
- Current DOT physical or ability to pass one.
