Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls during night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Install pipes, fixtures, and water treatment equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
- Maintain service vehicle and inventory of tools/parts
- Submit detailed service reports via mobile app
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- Michigan Master Plumber license (or equivalent)
- 3+ years commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- 24/7 availability including weekends/holidays
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex systems
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure situations
- Experience with backflow prevention and trenchless technology
