Responsibilities
- Perform emergency plumbing repairs, drain cleaning, and fixture installations during overnight hours
- Diagnose complex pipe, sewer, and water heater issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Install and maintain commercial plumbing systems in compliance with Florida building codes
- Lead junior plumbers on critical projects while ensuring safety protocols
- Document service reports and maintain inventory of tools/materials
- Respond to after-hours emergency calls within 45-minute response time
- Collaborate with construction teams on new-build plumbing installations
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Florida Master Plumber license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- OSHA 10 certification and backflow prevention certification
- Advanced proficiency in pipefitting, welding, and trenchless technology
- Exceptional diagnostic skills for hidden leak detection
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Experience with plumbing software (ServiceTitan preferred)
