Responsibilities
- Perform emergency plumbing repairs, pipe installations, and fixture replacements during night shifts
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and blueprints
- Install and maintain water heaters, sump pumps, and sewage systems
- Ensure all work complies with DC plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication with clients
- Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate inventory of parts
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless service continuity
Qualifications
- Valid DC Master Plumber license required
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong knowledge of DC plumbing codes and permit processes
- Physical ability to handle confined spaces, heavy lifting, and emergency scenarios
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficient with plumbing diagnostic tools and trenchless repair methods
