Responsibilities
- Perform emergency plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance during overnight hours
- Diagnose complex issues using advanced tools and systematic troubleshooting
- Install/replace pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and sewer systems
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes in all scenarios
- Maintain detailed service records and inventory management
- Collaborate with on-call supervisors and emergency response teams
- Provide exceptional customer service during high-stress situations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Florida Plumbing License (or ability to obtain immediately)
- OSHA 10 certification or equivalent safety training
- Expertise in trenchless technology and pipe lining
- Strong diagnostic abilities for complex system failures
- 24/7 availability flexibility and reliable transportation
- Clean driving record and background check clearance
- Experience with digital service reporting software
