Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls during night hours (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools and video inspection
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient service routing
- Complete detailed service reports and maintain digital records
- Adhere to all safety protocols and building codes
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems
Qualifications
- Valid Illinois plumbing license (Journeyman or Master required)
- Minimum 3 years commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Strong diagnostic skills with pipefitting and fixture expertise
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
