Responsibilities
- Perform emergency plumbing repairs, drain cleaning, and pipe installations for residential/commercial clients during overnight hours
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and provide accurate solutions
- Install and maintain water heaters, boilers, and HVAC plumbing systems
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes while working independently or with small crews
- Complete detailed service reports and maintain inventory of tools/materials
- Provide exceptional customer service during emergency calls and follow-up consultations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience with night shift preference
- Valid Indiana plumbing license (journeyman/master) and EPA 608 certification
- Proficient in trenchless pipe repair, hydro-jetting, and backflow prevention
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license with clean record and reliable transportation
- Physical stamina for overnight shifts and confined space work
