Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Respond to emergency service calls during night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools and camera inspections
- Ensure compliance with Florida plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members on complex multi-system projects
- Provide exceptional customer service during high-pressure situations
- Complete detailed service reports and documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Florida State Plumbing License (Journeyman/Master)
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Experience with trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- Strong diagnostic skills for water heaters, boilers, and backflow systems
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Emergency response certification preferred
