Responsibilities
- Perform emergency plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance during overnight hours
- Diagnose and resolve complex pipe bursts, clogs, and fixture malfunctions
- Install and repair water heaters, sewer lines, and gas systems
- Collaborate with dispatch teams to prioritize urgent service calls
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and city plumbing codes
- Maintain detailed service reports and inventory logs
- Train junior plumbers on advanced techniques
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Washington State plumbing license (journeyman/master)
- Expertise in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- 24/7 availability with reliable transportation
- Certification in backflow prevention preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Experience with digital diagnostic tools (pipe cameras, leak detectors)
