Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems including leaks, clogs, and water heaters
- Install new fixtures, pipes, and drainage systems following local codes
- Perform preventive maintenance on commercial plumbing infrastructure
- Accurately document service reports and material usage
- Maintain inventory and restock service vehicles
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless service continuity
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Washington State Plumber's License required
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing systems
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Experience with trenchless pipe repair preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
