Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls (leaks, bursts, clogs) within 2-hour response time
- Install/repair water heaters, boilers, and HVAC plumbing systems
- Perform pipefitting, drain cleaning, and sewer line inspections
- Comply with Ohio plumbing codes and OSHA safety regulations
- Maintain service vehicles and diagnostic equipment
- Document service reports and maintain inventory of parts
- Provide after-hours support for commercial property managers
Qualifications
- Ohio state plumbing license (journeyman/master)
- Minimum 3 years commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure situations
- Proficiency with diagnostic cameras and pipe locating tools
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Availability for rotating night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Emergency response certification preferred
