Responsibilities
- Perform emergency plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance during overnight shifts
- Diagnose and resolve complex pipe, fixture, and drainage issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Install water heaters, garbage disposals, and backflow prevention systems per code standards
- Document service reports, material usage, and job completion in digital tracking systems
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route planning and emergency response
- Maintain inventory and equipment in service vehicles for optimal readiness
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards during all operations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience required
- Valid Indiana plumbing license and EPA 608 certification
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting equipment
- Strong diagnostic skills for water pressure, leaks, and system failures
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Valid driver's license with clean record and reliable transportation
- Emergency response experience preferred
- Knowledge of local plumbing codes and permit requirements
