Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose leaks, clogs, and pipe failures using advanced diagnostic tools
- Read blueprints and building codes to ensure compliance
- Perform emergency repairs during night hours (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Coordinate with contractors and property managers for seamless service
- Maintain inventory of tools and materials for efficient operations
- Document all work orders and maintain service records
Qualifications
- 5+ years of plumbing experience with night shift preference
- Valid Pennsylvania Plumber's License (Master or Journeyman)
- OSHA 10 certification required
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Emergency response experience preferred
