Responsibilities
- Perform emergency plumbing repairs, pipe installations, and fixture replacements during overnight hours
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and industry best practices
- Collaborate with dispatch team to prioritize urgent service calls and optimize route efficiency
- Complete detailed work orders and maintain accurate job documentation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and building codes while working independently
- Perform preventative maintenance on commercial and residential plumbing systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Florida Plumbing License (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong diagnostic skills for water heaters, sewer lines, and gas systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Proven track record of reliable night shift performance
- Clean driving record and valid Florida driver's license
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
