Responsibilities
- Perform emergency plumbing repairs, pipe installations, and fixture replacements during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and industry best practices
- Comply with all building codes, safety regulations, and company protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during high-pressure emergency situations
- Maintain accurate service records and inventory of plumbing materials
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless service continuity
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid California Plumbing License required
- Strong diagnostic skills for water heaters, sewer lines, and gas systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
- Physical stamina for confined space work and emergency response
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- CPR certification preferred
