Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Respond to emergency service calls during night shifts with rapid response times
- Diagnose complex pipe leaks, drain blockages, and fixture malfunctions
- Perform hydro-jetting, sewer camera inspections, and trenchless repairs
- Ensure compliance with California Plumbing Code and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and submit detailed service reports via mobile app
- Mentor junior technicians during overnight assignments
- Provide exceptional customer communication during high-stress situations
Qualifications
- Valid California state plumbing license (Class C or higher)
- Minimum 3 years commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Proven night shift work history in emergency services
- Expertise in backflow prevention and water heater systems
