Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls during overnight hours with rapid deployment capabilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, and system failures
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems per code requirements
- Perform preventative maintenance on water heaters, boilers, and filtration systems
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless service continuity and knowledge transfer
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and trenchless technologies for minimal disruption
- Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate client documentation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and EPA regulations for hazardous material handling
Qualifications
- Valid Illinois plumbing license with Journeyman or Master certification
- Minimum 3 years commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Proven expertise in trenchless pipe rehabilitation and hydro-jetting
- Advanced diagnostic skills for complex system troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure emergency scenarios
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of local plumbing codes
- Reliable transportation with clean driving record
