Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose and resolve pipe leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions
- Read blueprints and technical specifications for accurate installations
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Adhere to safety protocols and local plumbing codes
- Collaborate with contractors and property managers
- Complete detailed service reports and documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of plumbing experience required
- Valid plumbing license in DC/MD/VA
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting and drain systems
- Ability to work independently in emergency situations
- Physical stamina for lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
