Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Respond to emergency service calls during night hours with rapid diagnostic capabilities
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics for complex plumbing installations
- Ensure compliance with California plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Perform hydrostatic testing and pipe pressure validation
- Coordinate with construction teams for new development projects
- Document service reports and maintain inventory of parts and tools
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years commercial plumbing experience
- Valid California plumbing license (C-36) required
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Expertise in trenchless pipe repair and PEX installation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills for complex system failures
- Physical stamina for lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces
- Must possess reliable transportation and valid driver's license
