Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain commercial/residential plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Respond to emergency calls and perform diagnostics using advanced leak detection technology
- Collaborate with contractors and property managers on large-scale renovation projects
- Ensure compliance with California plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Maintain accurate service records and inventory for equipment/materials
- Train apprentices on best practices and industry standards
- Provide exceptional customer service during after-hours service calls
Qualifications
- Valid California Plumbing License (C-36) required
- Minimum 5 years of commercial plumbing experience
- Proven expertise with trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- OSHA 10 certification and CPR/First Aid training
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM with flexible scheduling
- Valid driver's license with clean record
