- Read blueprints and schematics to determine system layouts
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes

Qualifications
- Valid California plumbing license required
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Expertise in pipefitting, drain clearing, and fixture installation

- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Physical stamina for lifting heavy materials and confined spaces
- Availability for night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM), weekends, and holidays
