Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Respond to emergency calls during night shifts for urgent plumbing issues
- Diagnose problems using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment
- Read blueprints and schematics to ensure proper installation
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and order necessary materials for projects
- Provide excellent customer service during after-hours interactions
- Complete detailed service reports and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Tennessee plumbing license or ability to obtain immediately
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina to handle lifting, climbing, and confined spaces
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Experience with trenchless pipe repair and water heater installation
- Background check and drug screen required
