Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls (leaks, clogs, burst pipes) within 2-hour dispatch windows
- Perform residential and commercial diagnostics using advanced camera inspection systems
- Execute pipe repairs/replacements, fixture installations, and water heater troubleshooting
- Complete detailed service reports and digital invoicing within 24 hours
- Maintain inventory in company vehicles and submit restock requests weekly
- Adhere to EPA guidelines for hazardous material disposal
- Participate in monthly safety drills and equipment training sessions
Qualifications
- Valid DC Master Plumber license (or reciprocal state license)
- 3+ years residential/commercial plumbing experience
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Exceptional diagnostic skills with pipe cameras and pressure testers
- Availability for 8-hour shifts between 8PM-8AM, weekends included
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Proficiency with digital dispatch apps and reporting systems
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
