Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on commercial plumbing systems.
- Diagnose and resolve leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions efficiently.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with NYC building codes and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the day shift crew to ensure seamless facility operations.
- Inspect pipes and appliances for wear and identify potential issues before they become emergencies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Document all maintenance work and report major issues to management.
Qualifications
- Entry-Level Friendly: No prior plumbing experience is required; we teach you the trade.
- Physical Fitness: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Availability: Must be willing to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Driver’s License: Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Attitude: A strong desire to learn, a problem-solving mindset, and excellent customer service skills.
- Basic Tools: Familiarity with hand tools is a plus, but not mandatory.
