Responsibilities
- Perform complex pipe repairs, leak detection, and installations during designated night shifts.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing systems, including sewage and water lines, to resolve issues efficiently.
- Ensure all maintenance and repair work strictly complies with local and state plumbing codes.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Document all work orders and maintain accurate maintenance logs.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Journeyman Plumber License (valid in California).
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial or industrial plumbing experience.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Proven ability to work independently during night hours.
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting, welding, and HVAC basics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
