Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve plumbing emergencies (leaks, clogs, water heater failures)
- Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and drainage systems
- Perform inspections and provide detailed repair estimates
- Collaborate with on-call dispatch for rapid emergency response
- Document service reports using digital tablets
- Maintain inventory and order necessary materials
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes
Qualifications
- Texas plumbing license (Journeyman or Master)
- 3+ years residential/commercial plumbing experience
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Experience with trenchless pipe repair preferred
- Availability for overnight shifts (7 PM - 7 AM)
