Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and burst pipes.
- Install, replace, and maintain water heaters, faucets, drains, and sewage systems.
- Respond to emergency calls during night hours with urgency, professionalism, and efficiency.
- Ensure all installations and repairs strictly comply with local Texas building codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate service reports and communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service, explaining technical repairs in clear, non-technical terms.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on plumbing systems.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber license issued by the State of Texas.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
- Strong diagnostic skills and proficiency in reading blueprints and technical schematics.
- Reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent physical stamina and the ability to work in tight, confined spaces.
