Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe failures.
- Perform installation and maintenance of water heaters, faucets, and sewage systems.
- Respond to after-hours emergency calls and resolve critical plumbing emergencies promptly.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, strictly adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and explain technical issues to clients clearly and professionally.
- Manage inventory of tools and materials to ensure preparedness for night shift operations.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Plumber License in the state of Indiana.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on plumbing experience in residential and commercial settings.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in tight, confined spaces.
