Responsibilities
- Perform routine plumbing repairs, maintenance, and emergency troubleshooting on commercial piping systems.
- Inspect, diagnose, and resolve issues related to water heaters, drainage systems, and HVAC components.
- Install, repair, and replace pipes, fittings, and fixtures according to local building codes and safety standards.
- Conduct regular safety checks and preventative maintenance to ensure facility compliance.
- Respond promptly to night shift emergency calls and resolve issues with minimal disruption.
- Maintain accurate logs of work performed and inventory of parts used.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License in the State of Florida.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional plumbing experience, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting.
- Schedule: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints, using pipe threading tools, and soldering/brazing.
- Physical: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Driver's License: Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
