Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose complex pipe, fixture, and drainage issues
- Operate power tools and diagnostic equipment safely
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and local building codes
- Manage emergency service calls during night hours
- Maintain inventory and equipment maintenance records
Qualifications
- 5+ years commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Florida Plumbing License (Certified or Journeyman)
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Physical stamina for confined spaces and heavy lifting
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Emergency response experience required
- Background check and drug screening mandatory
