Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues in commercial/residential properties
- Install, repair, and maintain water supply systems, drainage networks, and gas lines
- Perform emergency plumbing services during night shifts with rapid response times
- Read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics
- Comply with all local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and pipefitting techniques

Qualifications
- Valid Master Plumber license (NY or OH state-specific)
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Expertise in pipefitting, drain cleaning, and fixture installation
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude
- Must be available for flexible night shift schedules
