Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems under supervision
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls during night hours (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Diagnose leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions using diagnostic tools
- Perform pipe repairs, replacements, and fixture installations
- Conduct routine maintenance checks for commercial clients
- Complete service reports and maintain accurate records
- Adhere to all safety protocols and building codes
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required - we train everyone from scratch!
- Valid Illinois Driver's License with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Reliable transportation to our River North facility
- Basic tool knowledge (wrenches, pipe cutters) helpful but not required
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
