Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial/residential properties
- Diagnose leaks, clogs, and pipe failures using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform emergency repairs during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with Florida plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Collaborate with maintenance teams for comprehensive system upkeep
- Document work orders and maintain service records
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – we train all candidates!
- Valid Florida Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to work flexible night shift schedule
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Clean background check and drug-free workplace commitment
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (provided if hired)
