As a member of our night crew, you will be responsible for responding to service calls, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring our clients' plumbing systems are functioning efficiently in a safe and professional manner.
Responsibilities
- Perform Repairs: Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and fixture replacements.
- Installation: Install new piping systems, water heaters, and drainage lines according to local codes.
- Emergency Response: Handle emergency after-hours calls efficiently to minimize water damage for our clients.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, explaining repairs clearly and ensuring satisfaction.
- Tool Maintenance: Keep tools and equipment clean, organized, and in good working condition.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in tight, confined spaces for extended periods.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM) on a consistent basis.
- Communication Skills: Basic verbal communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- Willingness to Learn: No prior plumbing experience required; we provide training for the right candidate.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to identify plumbing issues accurately and perform precise work.
