Responsibilities
- Perform emergency plumbing repairs, drain cleaning, and fixture installations during night shifts
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Install and repair water heaters, boilers, and HVAC systems
- Complete work orders with detailed documentation and photos
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes for both NY and OH
- Provide exceptional customer service during emergency calls
- Maintain inventory of tools and materials for service vehicles
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid plumbing license in New York and Ohio (or ability to obtain)
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
- Experience with trenchless pipe repair and camera inspection systems
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions
- Physical stamina for lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
