Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Respond to emergency calls during night hours with 30-minute dispatch guarantee
- Perform pipefitting, fixture installation, water heater repairs, and sewer line diagnostics
- Ensure strict compliance with Virginia plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Conduct thorough system inspections and provide detailed reports to clients
- Maintain inventory of tools and materials for mobile service vehicles
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless service continuity
- Deliver exceptional customer communication and problem resolution
Qualifications
- Valid Virginia state plumbing license (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 3 years of residential/commercial plumbing experience
- Proven expertise in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing system failures
- Physical capability for confined space work and heavy lifting (50+ lbs)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
