Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality residential and commercial plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe failures.
- Adhere strictly to all local, state, and national safety codes and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain and organize the company vehicle, tools, and inventory to ensure readiness for every call.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every client feels valued and informed.
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Journeyman or Master Plumber License.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of verifiable experience in commercial or residential plumbing.
- Strong understanding of blueprints, code compliance, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy loads (up to 50 lbs), work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable personal transportation and a clean driving record.
