Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls during night shifts and weekends
- Install, repair, and maintain water heaters, pipes, fixtures, and drainage systems
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Ensure compliance with California plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize urgent service requests
- Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate client records
- Perform preventative maintenance to minimize future emergencies
- Provide exceptional customer service during high-pressure situations
Qualifications
- Valid California plumbing license (C-36 certification)
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Proven ability to work independently in emergency scenarios
- Expertise in pipefitting, drain cleaning, and water heater repair
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving skills with mechanical aptitude
- Availability to work flexible night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
