Responsibilities
- Perform Emergency Repairs: Respond to and resolve urgent plumbing issues during night hours, including leaks, burst pipes, and clogged drains.
- Install and Maintain Systems: Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems with precision.
- Diagnose Issues: Use advanced diagnostic tools to identify root causes of plumbing problems and implement effective solutions.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, explain technical issues in plain English, and ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and local California plumbing codes during every job.
- Tool Management: Maintain and organize tools and equipment to ensure readiness for night shifts.
Qualifications
- License: Valid California State Plumbing License.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial plumbing.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Skills: Proficient in pipefitting, valve repair, water heater installation, and leak detection.
- Transportation: Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license to travel to various job sites in the Bay Area.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently.
