Responsibilities
- Respond to urgent plumbing emergencies during night hours with rapid diagnostic and repair solutions
- Install, maintain, and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems including water heaters, sewer lines, and fixtures
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize service routes and response times
- Perform thorough system inspections and preventive maintenance to prevent future failures
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and building codes while working independently
- Document service reports and maintain accurate inventory of tools/materials
Qualifications
- Valid California plumbing license (C-36) with current certification
- Minimum 3 years verifiable plumbing experience with night shift or emergency service background
- Expertise in trenchless pipe repair, hydro-jetting, and backflow prevention
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and climb ladders
- Must possess reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose issues under pressure
- Basic computer literacy for digital reporting systems
