Responsibilities
- Diagnose and Repair: Perform accurate troubleshooting and repairs on residential and commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, valves, and fixtures.
- Night Operations: Execute plumbing tasks efficiently during night hours to accommodate commercial clients and residential emergencies.
- Installation: Install new plumbing systems, including water heaters, pumps, and drainage lines according to local codes.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergency calls and provide high-quality service under pressure.
- Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and customer interactions.
- Site Cleanliness: Ensure all work sites are left clean and organized after completion.
Qualifications
- License: Valid California Journeyman or Master Plumber License required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional plumbing experience.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Tools: Own or have reliable access to professional-grade plumbing tools.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various physical conditions.
- Code Knowledge: Thorough understanding of local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
