Responsibilities
- Emergency Repairs: Respond to and resolve urgent plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and burst pipes during night hours.
- System Installation: Install and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems, including piping, fixtures, and appliances.
- Diagnostic Work: Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to identify root causes of plumbing problems efficiently.
- Code Compliance: Ensure all work meets local Washington state building codes and safety regulations.
- Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on plumbing infrastructure to prevent future failures.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid Washington State Journeyman Plumber license.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Availability: Must be available to work nights (e.g., 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends.
- Skills: Proficiency in pipefitting, welding, and reading blueprints.
- Soft Skills: Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
