Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve plumbing emergencies (leaks, clogs, water heater failures) during night shifts
- Install, repair, and maintain residential/commercial plumbing systems per code standards
- Perform preventative maintenance checks on HVAC and water systems
- Provide exceptional customer service during high-pressure emergency situations
- Document service reports using digital tools and maintain inventory of parts
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless service continuity
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Ohio plumbing license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing systems
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Emergency response experience highly valued
