Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls during night shifts
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose complex issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Ensure compliance with Ohio plumbing codes and safety standards
- Perform preventative maintenance on water heaters and boilers
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless service continuity
- Document service reports and maintain accurate inventory
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Ohio plumbing license (journeyman/master)
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work independently during night hours
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Experience with trenchless pipe repair technologies preferred
