Responsibilities
- Perform emergency plumbing repairs and installations during overnight shifts
- Diagnose and resolve complex pipe, drain, and fixture issues
- Install and maintain water heaters, boilers, and HVAC systems
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes in all operations
- Manage inventory and equipment maintenance for mobile service vehicles
- Provide exceptional customer service during high-pressure scenarios
- Document service reports and maintain accurate client records
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid California Plumbing License (C-36) required
- Proven expertise in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- 24/7 emergency response availability and reliability
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing systems
- Clean driving record and valid Class C driver's license
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
