- Conduct preventative maintenance inspections
- Use digital dispatch tools for efficient route management
- Document service reports and maintain inventory
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid WA state plumbing license required
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Strong diagnostic skills for emergency situations
- Valid driver's license with clean record
